Shipping & FAQ
Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days (weekends and holidays are NOT business days)Please allow up to one week for your order to ship.
Estimated Shipping Time:
- We ship via USPS, your items should arrive within 2-5 business days.
- All customers will be supplied with a tracking number once item is shipped.
- Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for packages that are lost due to USPS. You will have to file a claim with USPS if your package is lost. We will not send out another package.
- Please understand that we can not offer replacement packages that were sent to the incorrect address due to customer's mistake. If you would like your packages to be resent then you will have to pay for shipping again.
- If your tracking says you package has been delivered but you still haven't gotten your package, then you will have to contact USPS. We are not responsible for the delivery of your packages by USPS.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- If you are unsatisfied with your order or missing an item then contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to figure it out.
- Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns.
- All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours of delivery we can not replace a missing or damaged item so please check your packages carefully upon arrival.
Allergy Notification & Product Differences:
- Simple Essence Beauty is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please know and understand your allergies before use of any product. If an allergic reaction happens, please discontinue the use of the product immediately.
- Due to the handmade nature of each product, there may be a slight color difference with each batch but the ingredients are the same.
